2What Are Your Service Turn Around Times?

We offer a standard 48 hour day turnaround time (Mon-Fri). In addition we offer NEXT DAY service (excluding dry cleaning). View our time slots.

4I have different collection and delivery addresses.

Billden prides itself on its quality and convenience, your collection and delivery addresses can be the same or different.

5Is there a minimum order for Free collection and Delivery?

Subject to a minimum charge starting from 25, depending on area for all services. See price list.

6I am looking for a high quality service and I want my garments hand finished

Our specialist teams have an eye for detail. Our garments are inspected prior to servicing and all our garments are hand finished. In Dorset area only our company use heavy duty industrial, professional irons and tables. The advantage over domestic irons is higher performance and far superior results.

7Do you offer a laundry service wash, dry and fold?

Yes we do. We also offer a weekly laundry service. See pricelist.

8When can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at any point before the start of the allocated time slot you have chosen. There is no cancellation fee. If you would like to reschedule, please notify our office prior at least 1 hour before your collection/delivery time. Should you not be available we charge a £5 missed fee.

9How do I pay?

Payment is only taken on DELIVERY of your items. You can pay by cash, cheque, bank transfer or card via our mobile terminals. Should you wish to pay by card, please make our driver aware when your items are picked up from you (Not all our drivers carry terminals).

10Do you provide expense invoices?

Yes, we do.

11Can I set up an account?

Yes, we currently allow account set up whereby you will be invoiced on a weekly, fortnightly monthly basis and can pay by cash, cheque, via internet banking or by card.
